Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial use of any brand elements without prior written authorization from Sam's Logistics is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Goods & Customs Declarations

Senders are required by law to accurately declare all contents inside boxes, barrels, or cargo containers bound for Ghana or Jamaica. The shipping of illegal drugs, weapons, combustible materials, or counterfeit goods is prohibited.

Notice: Cargo found containing undeclared contraband will be confiscated by relevant customs authorities in the UK, Ghana, or Jamaica, and the sender will be held liable for legal fines and criminal prosecution under relevant international maritime and aviation laws.

4. Applicable Law & Governing Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and any contractual relationship formed through Sam's Logistics shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
